The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen is driven by dual motors, featuring a compact structure, smooth operation, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, low noise, and easy maintenance. It adopts a nearly linear vibration trajectory, making it ideal for dry or wet screening of medium and fine materials.
Working Principle
The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen mainly consists of a screen box, vibrator, supporting device, and driving system. Two motors are installed on both sides of the screen body, utilizing reverse self-synchronous driving to generate exciting force. This force causes the screen box to perform linear reciprocating motion, allowing the materials on the screen surface to be thrown up and move forward in a straight line, thereby achieving effective screening.
