Heavy Hammer Crusher⚙️ Working Principle

Powered by a motor, the rotor disc with hammers rotates at high speed. When material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the rotating hammers and thrown at high velocity against the impact plate. The resulting collisions, along with inter-particle impacts and friction, cause the material to break down. Material that meets the required particle size is discharged from the outlet, while oversized material is recirculated back into the crushing chamber for further reduction.
