O PFQ Series Spiral Powerful Impact Crusher is a high-efficiency crusher developed with cutting-edge technology, designed for coarse, medium, and fine crushing of materials with compressive strength up to 250MPa. This crusher is widely utilized in hydropower projects, highway construction, and artificial sand production, offering exceptional performance in crushing various materials.

Its unique structure includes a spiral crushing chamber along with three distinct crushing zones: P, S, and T sections. Equipped with a keyed cone sleeve connected rotor, easily replaceable high-wear resistant hammer plates, inclined bearing seats, innovative toothed impact liners, multi-directional door opening frame, and either screw or hydraulic opening mechanisms—making maintenance and replacement of wear parts more convenient than ever.

Working Principle

Powered by a motor, the rotor spins at high velocity, causing the feed materials to enter the primary crushing chamber where the high-speed rotating hammer bars impart powerful impact forces. The material is thrown to the upper primary impact plate for further crushing and undergoes additional breakage through collision and friction between particles.

Materials smaller than the gap between hammer bars and impact plates proceed to the secondary crushing zone, while oversized particles are repeatedly thrown together with incoming feed for further crushing. This crushing cycle continues through the secondary and tertiary chambers until the material reaches the desired granularity and is discharged.

Adjusting the gap between the impact plate hanger and rotor allows precise control over the product size and shape, ensuring consistency with project requirements.
