Product Overview
The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder is designed for continuous and uniform feeding of materials into crushing equipment while also performing preliminary screening. It is widely applied in crushing and screening processes across industries such as mining, building materials, silicate, and chemical industries. This feeder is particularly suitable for feeding jaw crushers and hammer crushers.
Working Principle
The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder operates through a dual eccentric shaft vibrator driven by an electric motor via a V-belt. The two eccentric shafts are synchronized through gears at both ends to rotate in opposite directions. When assembled at a specific angle, the eccentric shafts generate centrifugal force, causing the feeder body to produce a linear reciprocating throwing motion. As a result, materials are continuously propelled forward during the vibration process.
