Working Principle

The ZD series vibrating feeder works by two vibrating motors rotating synchronously in opposite directions. The inertial forces in the horizontal axis cancel each other, while forces in the vertical direction add up, causing the feeding trough to perform harmonic vibration along the resultant force direction. This vibration enables materials to be conveyed at a constant speed uniformly, suitable for large-scale continuous industrial material conveying needs.
