Product Introduction
The spiral sand washing machine is an efficient sand cleaning, grading, and dewatering equipment. It is mainly used to remove impurities such as clay, dust, and fine particles from mixed sand. This machine is widely applied in sand and gravel plants, construction sites, hydropower stations, and concrete mixing plants.
Working Principle
Materials enter the inclined spiral trough through the feeding inlet. Driven by the spiral blades, the materials are continuously rolled and agitated. Under the flushing action of water, impurities and fine particles are separated and discharged through the overflow outlet. The cleaned sand is then lifted by the spiral blades and discharged from the outlet, completing the washing process efficiently.
