Working Principle
The cone crusher mainly consists of the frame, transmission device, eccentric sleeve, moving cone, and fixed cone.
The motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate via a belt or coupling, which in turn drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the main shaft. This causes the crushing wall to swing. Materials are fed into the crushing chamber from the top and are crushed by compressive and bending forces between the moving cone and the fixed cone. The crushed materials are then discharged from the bottom.
