Working Principle

1. Feeding: Materials enter the crusher through the feed opening.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: The internal rotor rotates at high speed and is equipped with multiple hammers or blow bars.

3. Material Projection & Impact: The material is thrown onto the rotating rotor and collides violently with the hammers or blow bars.

4. Impact Plate Collision: After the initial impact, materials are projected toward the outer impact plates for secondary crushing.

5. Final Discharge: After repeated collisions and crushing, materials that meet the desired particle size are discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the machine.

6. Adjustment & Safety Mechanisms: The crusher is equipped with adjustable impact plate positions and rotor speed controls to precisely regulate output size and efficiency. Overload protection and safety devices ensure secure, stable operation.
