Heavy Hammer Crusher⚙️ Working Principle

The rotor disc, mounted with hammers, is driven by an electric motor to rotate at high speed. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is hit by the fast-moving hammers and projected toward the impact plates. Further fragmentation occurs due to impact collisions and friction between particles. Material that meets the size requirements is discharged from the outlet, while oversized particles are returned for further crushing.
