Working Principle
The Tire-type Mobile Crushing Plant works by transporting raw materials through a vibrating feeder into the primary crusher for initial crushing. Depending on the production requirements, jaw crushers, impact crushers, or cone crushers can be installed as the main crusher.
Once the material is crushed, it can be screened by an integrated vibrating screen to separate finished products from oversized materials. Oversized materials are returned to the crusher for re-crushing, while qualified products are discharged through a belt conveyor for further use.
