Product Overview
The PFQ Series Vortex Strong Impact Crusher is a high-efficiency impact crusher independently developed by our company. It is suitable for coarse, medium, and fine crushing operations of various materials with compressive strength not exceeding 250 MPa. This product is widely used in hydropower, expressways, and artificial sand and gravel crushing projects.
The crusher features a unique structure, including a vortex crushing cavity and three-stage crushing zones (P, S, and T). It adopts key-cone sleeve connection for the rotor body, insert-mounted high-efficiency wear-resistant blow bars, inclined bearing seats, a unique tooth-shaped impact liner, a multi-directional open frame, and screw or hydraulic opening devices. These features make replacement of wear parts and maintenance more convenient.
Working Principle
The PFQ Series utilizes impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the rotor is driven by an electric motor to rotate at high speed. Materials entering from the feed port are subjected to high-speed impact by the rotating blow bars in the primary crushing chamber, then thrown toward the primary impact plate above the rotor for further impact and inter-particle friction crushing.
Most of the materials smaller than the gap between the blow bars and the primary impact plate are carried by the bars into the secondary crushing chamber. Larger materials, along with new feed material, are thrown again. In the secondary and tertiary crushing chambers, the materials are repeatedly crushed in the same manner until they reach the desired particle size and are discharged through the outlet.
By adjusting the gap between the impact plate bracket and the rotor, the discharge particle size and shape of the material can be precisely controlled.
