Working Principle
Driven by dual high-power vibration motors, the TS Heavy-Duty Dewatering Screen generates high-frequency linear vibrations that cause the screen surface to oscillate intensely.
This vibration drives rapid material movement across the screen surface, quickly discharging moisture from the material surface. Fine particles and water pass through the screen openings, achieving effective solid-liquid separation.
After dewatering, the processed materials contain much less moisture, making them cleaner and easier to handle or transport. The screen deck is made of wear-resistant materials to ensure consistent performance and long service life.
