The PF Series Impact Crusher is primarily designed as a secondary crushing machine, capable of processing materials with compressive strength up to 320MPa. PF Series Impact Crusher How It Works

Powered by a motor, the rotor spins at high speed to deliver powerful impact forces to the materials entering through the feed opening. The materials first hit the high-speed rotating blow bars in the primary crushing chamber, then are thrown onto the primary impact plates above the rotor for further breakage. Material smaller than the gap between blow bars and impact plates moves into the secondary crushing chamber, while oversized particles are subjected to repeated impacts along with fresh feed. This process continues through multiple crushing chambers until the material reaches the desired size and is discharged.

The crusher allows adjustment of the gap between the impact plate hanger and the rotor, enabling control over output particle size and shape.
