ZW Series Linear Feeder Product Introduction

The ZW series linear feeder is designed for continuous and uniform feeding of materials into crushing machinery, while also performing preliminary screening. It is widely applied in mineral processing, building materials, silicate, and chemical industries, and is commonly used in combination with crushing and screening equipment. This feeder is particularly suitable for supplying materials to jaw crushers and hammer crushers.

ZW Series Linear Feeder Working Principle

The ZW series linear feeder is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt, which powers the double eccentric shaft exciter. The two eccentric shafts are synchronized and rotate in opposite directions via gears at both ends. When assembled, the shafts are set at a fixed eccentric angle, producing centrifugal force that causes the feeder box to perform reciprocating linear ejection vibrations. During this process, materials are propelled forward continuously along the feeder trough.
