Principio de trabajo

1. Feeding: Materials enter the crusher through the feed opening.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: The machine houses a high-speed rotor with multiple hammers or blow bars mounted on it.

3. Material Impact: Materials are thrown onto the rotor and collide violently with the hammers or blow bars.

4. Impact Plate Collision: The impacted materials are then projected onto the impact plates mounted inside the housing for further crushing.

5. Final Product Discharge: Once materials are crushed to the required size, they are discharged through the bottom outlet as finished product.

6. Adjustment & Safety Features: The crusher is equipped with adjustable impact plate positions and rotor speed control to accurately manage output size and crushing efficiency. Overload protection and safety devices ensure safe and stable operation.
