Principio de trabajo

1. Feeding: Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed opening.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: The machine is equipped with a high-speed rotor that carries several hammers or blow bars.

3. Material Impact: Materials are projected onto the rotor and violently collide with the blow bars due to centrifugal force.

4. Impact Plate Collision: The impacted materials are then thrown onto the impact plates along the outer casing for secondary crushing.

5. Final Discharge: After repeated collisions and fragmentation, the crushed materials reach the desired size and are discharged through the bottom outlet.

6. Adjustment & Protection: The crusher features adjustable impact plate positions and variable rotor speed to precisely control the output size and crushing efficiency. It is also equipped with overload protection and safety mechanisms to ensure safe and stable operation.
