Principio de trabajo

1. Feeding: Materials are fed into the crusher through the feed inlet.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: The internal rotor spins at high speed and is equipped with multiple hammers or blow bars.

3. Material Impact: The materials are projected onto the rotating rotor, where they collide with the mounted hammers or blow bars under centrifugal force.

4. Impact Plate Collision: After the initial impact, materials are thrown toward the impact plates on the machine’s outer casing for secondary crushing.

5. Product Discharge: Once the material reaches the required particle size after repeated impact and crushing, it is discharged through the outlet at the bottom as finished product.

6. Adjustment & Safety Features: The crusher is equipped with adjustable impact plate positions and variable rotor speed to precisely control discharge size and optimize efficiency. Overload protection and safety mechanisms ensure safe and stable operation during use.
