Principio de trabajo

1. Feeding: Materials are fed into the crusher through the feed opening.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: A high-speed rotor inside the machine is equipped with several hammers or blow bars.

3. Material Impact: Materials are thrown onto the rotor and collide with the mounted hammers or blow bars under centrifugal force.

4. Impact Plate Collision: After the initial impact, materials are projected to the impact plates along the housing wall for secondary crushing.

5. Final Product Discharge: After multiple impacts, when the materials reach the desired size, they are discharged through the outlet at the bottom.

6. Adjustment & Safety Mechanisms: The equipment includes adjustable impact plate positions and rotor speed control to fine-tune output size and efficiency. It also features overload protection and safety devices for secure and stable operation.
