Principio de trabajo

1. Feeding: Material enters the crusher through the feed opening.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: The equipment is fitted with a high-speed rotor, which has multiple hammers or blow bars mounted on it.

3. Material Projection & Collision: The material is thrown onto the rotating rotor and collides violently with the hammers or blow bars due to centrifugal force.

4. Impact Plate Collision: After the initial impact, the material is thrown against the impact plates on the outer shell of the machine for further breaking.

5. Discharge of Final Product: After repeated impact and crushing, when the material reaches the desired size, it is discharged from the bottom outlet as finished product.

6. Adjustment & Safety Features: The machine includes adjustable components such as impact plate positions or rotor speed to control the discharge size and crushing efficiency. It also features overload protection and safety mechanisms to ensure secure and stable operation during use.
