The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen is driven by dual motors, featuring a compact structure, stable operation, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, low noise, and easy maintenance. With its near-linear vibration trajectory, this screen is ideal for dry or wet screening of medium and fine materials.

Principio de trabajo

The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen mainly comprises a screen box, vibrator, supporting device, and transmission system. Two motors are mounted on both sides of the screen body, using reverse self-synchronous driving to generate excitation force. This force causes the screen box to perform linear reciprocating motion, allowing materials to be thrown up and move forward in a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving efficient screening.
