The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder is designed for continuous and uniform feeding of materials into crushing equipment while also performing preliminary screening. It is widely used in combined crushing and screening operations in industries such as mining, Baustoffe, silicate, and chemical industries. This feeder is particularly suitable for feeding jaw crushers and hammer crushers.

Working Principle

The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder operates via a dual eccentric shaft vibrator driven by an electric motor through a V-belt. The two eccentric shafts are synchronized by gears at both ends to rotate in opposite directions. When assembled at a specific angle, the eccentric shafts generate centrifugal force, causing the feeder body to produce a linear reciprocating throwing motion. This vibration continuously propels the material forward during the feeding process.
