The ZD Series Vibrating Feeder is a new type of quantitative feeding equipment that uses two vibration motors as the excitation source. It can uniformly, regularly, and continuously convey bulk and granular materials from storage bins to receiving devices. In sand and gravel production lines, it can continuously and evenly feed materials to crushers while performing coarse screening. It is widely used in industries such as mining, coal, metallurgy, Baustoffe, chemicals, and light industry.

Working Principle

When the two vibration motors run synchronously in opposite directions at the same angle, the horizontal components of the centrifugal forces cancel each other out, while the vertical components are superimposed in the same direction. This results in a linear reciprocating motion of the feeder trough along the resultant force direction, effectively conveying materials.
