Heavy Hammer Crusher⚙️ Working Principle

Driven by an electric motor, the rotor disc mounted with hammers rotates at high speed. Once the material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the rotating hammers and thrown at high velocity toward the impact plate. This generates further collision and friction among materials, leading to efficient breakage. Qualified particles are discharged through the outlet, while oversized material is sent back into the crushing chamber for secondary crushing until the required particle size is achieved.
