The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen is powered by dual motors, offering a compact design, smooth operation, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, low noise, and easy maintenance. Its near-linear vibration trajectory makes it highly suitable for dry or wet screening of medium and fine materials.
Working Principle
The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen primarily consists of a screen box, vibrator, supporting device, and transmission system. Two motors are installed on both sides of the screen body, adopting reverse self-synchronous driving to generate excitation force. This causes the screen box to move in a linear reciprocating motion, allowing materials to be thrown and move forward in a straight line on the screen surface, achieving efficient screening.
