The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen is driven by dual motors, featuring a compact structure, smooth operation, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, low noise, and easy maintenance. Its near-linear vibration trajectory makes it ideal for dry or wet screening of medium and fine materials.
Working Principle
The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen mainly consists of a screen box, vibrator, supporting device, and transmission system. Two motors are mounted on both sides of the screen body, utilizing reverse self-synchronous driving to generate excitation force. This force causes the screen box to perform linear reciprocating motion, allowing the material to be thrown and moved forward in a straight line on the screen surface, achieving effective separation.
