Product Overview

The ZD Series Vibrating Feeder is a new type of quantitative feeding equipment using two vibration motors as the excitation source. It can uniformly, regularly, and continuously convey bulk and granular materials from storage bins to receiving devices. In sand and gravel production lines, it provides continuous and uniform feeding for crushing machinery and performs coarse screening. It is widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and light industries.

Working Principle

When two vibration motors operate synchronously in opposite directions at the same angle, the horizontal components of the inertial forces cancel each other out, while the vertical components are superimposed. Under this combined force, the feeder trough performs harmonic vibration along the resultant force direction, thus achieving the purpose of material conveying.
