Working Principle

1. Feeding: Materials enter the crusher through the feed opening.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: Inside the machine, a high-speed rotor is equipped with multiple hammers or blow bars.

3. Material Projection & Collision: The materials are projected onto the rotating rotor and experience intense impact with the mounted hammers or blow bars.

4. Impact Plate Collision: After the initial impact, materials are thrown to the outer impact plates, undergoing secondary crushing.

5. Discharge: Once the material reaches the desired particle size through repeated impacts, it is discharged through the bottom outlet as finished product.

6. Adjustment & Protection: The crusher is equipped with adjustment mechanisms such as variable rotor speed and movable impact plates to precisely control discharge size and optimize efficiency. Overload protection and safety devices ensure secure and stable operation during use.
