Product Overview
The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen is powered by dual motors, featuring a compact design, stable operation, high screening efficiency, large throughput, low noise, and easy maintenance. With a near-linear vibration trajectory, it is well-suited for dry or wet screening of medium and fine materials.
Working Principle
The LF Series Horizontal Vibrating Screen consists of a screen box, vibrator, supporting device, and transmission system. Two motors are mounted on both sides of the screen body, adopting reverse self-synchronous drive to generate excitation force. This force drives the screen box to perform linear reciprocating motion. As a result, materials are thrown up and move forward in a straight line on the screen surface, achieving effective screening.
