Product Overview
The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder is designed to continuously and evenly feed materials into crushing machines, while also performing preliminary screening. It is widely used in crushing and screening processes in industries such as mining, building materials, silicate, and chemicals. This feeder is particularly suitable for feeding jaw crushers and hammer crushers.
Working Principle
The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder operates through a dual eccentric shaft vibrator driven by an electric motor via a V-belt. The two eccentric shafts are synchronized through gears at both ends to rotate in opposite directions. When assembled at a certain angle, the eccentric shafts generate centrifugal force, causing the feeder body to produce a linear reciprocating throwing motion. As a result, materials continuously move forward during the vibration process.
