Product Overview
The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder is designed for continuous and uniform feeding of materials to crushers, while also performing preliminary screening. It is widely used in crushing and screening plants across industries such as mining, building materials, silicate, and chemical industries. This feeder is especially suitable for feeding jaw crushers and hammer crushers.
Working Principle
The ZW Series Linear Vibrating Feeder is driven by a motor via a V-belt to power a dual eccentric shaft vibrator. The two eccentric shafts are synchronized through gears at both ends to rotate in opposite directions. The eccentric shafts are assembled at a specific angle to generate centrifugal force, causing the feeder body to produce a linear, reciprocating, throwing motion. As a result, materials move continuously forward during the vibration process.
