Working Principle

1. Feeding: Materials enter the crusher through the feed opening.

2. High-Speed Rotating Rotor: The interior of the machine is equipped with a high-speed rotor mounted with multiple hammers or blow bars.

3. Material Projection & Collision: Materials are thrown onto the rotor and collide violently with the hammers or blow bars under the action of centrifugal force.

4. Impact Plate Collision: After the initial impact, the materials are projected toward the surrounding impact plates for secondary crushing.

5. Product Discharge: Once the materials are crushed to the desired particle size, they are discharged through the bottom outlet as finished products.

6. Adjustment & Safety Mechanisms: The equipment includes adjustable impact plates and rotor speed controls to fine-tune discharge size and crushing efficiency. It is also equipped with overload protection and safety devices to ensure safe and stable operation during use.
