Working Principle

1. Feeding: Material enters the crusher through the feed opening.

2. High-speed Rotating Rotor: Inside the machine, a high-speed rotating rotor is equipped with multiple hammers or blow bars.

3. Material Projection & Collision: The material is thrown onto the rotor, where it collides violently with the hammers or blow bars due to the rotor’s rotation.

4. Impact Plate Collision: The impacted material is then projected onto the surrounding impact plates on the housing, undergoing further collisions and crushing.

5. Discharge: After repeated impacts and crushing, the material reaches the desired particle size and is discharged through the bottom outlet of the equipment as finished product.

6. Adjustment and Protection: The machine is equipped with adjustable features such as the position of the impact plates and rotor speed, to precisely control output size and crushing efficiency. It also includes overload protection and safety devices to ensure safe and stable operation during use.
