⚙️ Working Principle

The rotor disk of the PCZ heavy hammer crusher is fitted with hammers that are driven by the motor to rotate at high speed. When material enters the crushing chamber, it is impacted by the rotating hammers, collides with the impact plate, and is crushed by inter-particle collision and friction. Material that meets the particle size requirement is discharged through the outlet. Oversized material is recirculated for further crushing until it reaches the desired size.
