    ⚙️ Working Principle

    The rotor disc, fitted with hammers, is driven by an electric motor to rotate at high speed. When material enters the crushing chamber, it is struck by the hammers and thrown at high speed against the impact plates. Further crushing occurs through collisions between materials and friction. Particles meeting the required size are discharged through the outlet, while oversized pieces are recirculated for additional crushing.

    2. Bluestone – Medium hardness, ≤200 MPa; excellent crushing efficiency

    3. Coal Gangue – Very brittle and low-abrasiveness; excellent crushing results

    4. River Pebbles / Cobbles – Natural rounded stones; suitable if ≤200 MPa

    • Sandstone (medium hardness)

    • Low-abrasion Basalt (strength verification required)

    • Not recommended without validation: high-hardness materials like granite or iron ore

    • Calcium Content: Some models require ≥40% Ca content in the material
